SHIPPING

All orders under $100 will have a flat rate fee of $9. Any orders over $100 is free shipping! Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please email willowmnshopify@gmail.com to get your return approved or contact us at 662-256-4723.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the time of purchase to exchange or receive store credit to spend another time. Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more are FINAL SALES. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deoderant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

DAMAGES

Damaged items must be reported within three days after you recieve your order. Please email willowmnshopify@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
